Rescue: To free from confinement, danger or evil. OK, that may not be a real definition but it works for us here. Reptile Rescue has safely supplied live animals to conventions, parties, corporate functions, schools and displays since its unexpected beginning. Reptile Rescue is the heartfelt passion of two Las Vegas entertainers named Steve and Maria August.

If you are considering adding a new pet to your family we ask that you research adopting instead of purchasing. Just the fact that millions of dogs and cats are euthanized each year is reason enough to give an unwanted pet a new forever home. If you are looking for a specific breed there are many independent rescues we will post as well.

Yep, we want you, your friends, your family and the entire world to go vegan right now. What? Give up cheese you say? Never! We felt that way too for most our lives. Giving up traditional pizza was one of the hardest decisions we ever made but we did and we both are happier and much healthier than when we ate animals.

I didn't always feel this way but I wish snakes were not allowed as pets. I support any law that makes ownership of these amazing animals illegal. This is not hypocritical. Let me explain. I start with the belief that if you love animals you won't kill animals for your pleasure. Therefore, if you love animals why would you get a pet that requires the death of hundreds of other animals to keep that one single animal alive?
