My friend celebrated her b-day there & they did a very good job with cattering.It was a very fun evening with bowling & dining.I deffinately recomment this place for a b-day party or just to come to bowl.It's just a very good place.

I love this bowling alley! It is a great place to go and I love Frida Nights from about 11pm to 2 am is 13 dollars all u can bowl, and they turn the music up and the lights down. They also serve alchol.

The bowling is one of the main hot spots around norwalk. as most may know this town is not very big and doesnt have a lot to do besides fine dining and etc. so the bowling alley is a perfect place to go at night and have some afternoon fun

Great family fun. Sometimes the prices are high. If you call, sometimes they run specials. Great Clean environment, friendly and helpful staff. A place that is fun for the whole family with arcades, snacks and I believe if you want to drink, they have that as well.

Family Fun IF your lane equipment is operating correctly. Took the family for a day of bowling fun when we immediately started experiencing rack issues - rack would not operate on its own and required manual racking every other frame. After approximately 1.5 games, we just gave up when the rack decided to give up the ghost and not rack at all. Also, the people bowling next to us were yelling very loudly every time they bowled a spare or strike and were disrupting other bowlers. Why the front desk insisted on placing us right next to other bowlers is beyond me - there are other lanes for a reason. Here's an idea, try spacing Open bowlers out so they have a little bit of elbow room. You might be surprised and have return customers this way. Very disappointed with our overall experience.

This is a great place to bowl. There is a snack bar with great food, an event room with bar for parties or gatherings, a small arcade and a pro shop. The place is kept clean and the people are friendly. They also have leagues for all ages and skill levels.

My son's birthday party was held last year at Conchester Lanes and we are going back again this year! They were very accomodating, wonderfully helpful, and the package can't be beat. The kids had a fabulous time. Can't say enough good things about this place!

When I went there last week at 6:00 p.m., I saw a few people just sitting with their feet on the the tables. And when I asked them to get me a smaller size ball for my daughter, he huffed and rolled his eyes. If the attitude is like that all the time, I will not be returning there ever again. My suggestion is that they need to be a little nicer to the people who are paying them to go there and who are essentially paying them to be there.

On a crazy saturday night I went bowling. BOWLING! Of the places to go and things to do. Anyway I went to AMF Classic Lanes just because and I was shocked. Neat, clean and very updated. Think Janice Dickenson getting botox shots, you know the place is old but.it.looks.kinda. The employees were super friendly even the menu items at the snack bar. Let's talk menus for a second, when did bowling alleys get menus? They too have jumped on the supersize bandwagon. I ordered the cheeseburger combo with large fries. I thought my date had to carry me out. TOO MUCH FOOD. Or share this with the one you love. Now mind you I haven't bowled in years - since family fun night with the kids when they were pre-teens. We bowled 2 games and other than the lane having a sybill moment I did pretty well, a couple of strikes, spares. Did I mention I BEAT my date on the first game. You know him - the one that has his own shoes and balls, bowled on a league.him suppose to be pretty good. I BEAT HIM.well at least the first game. All in all the bowling still has a family feel, great place for a first date.1st, 2nd.20th. I had fun would love to do it again

I have been bowling here at this location for awhile now and recently they have updated their equipment and it looks amazing! Flat screen t.v.'s with awesome settings and on top of that the staff is very kind and helpful. This is a great alley to go to for a fun night and it is also very clean and very well maintained. I know there are fancy houses out there but this one takes the cake if you are just looking to get everyone together and NOT spend $30 a game.

If you are looking for an outing for Friday or Saturday evening, forget it. I recently told my son he could have bowling or miniature golf for his good work in school. We went Friday after school and there was a league. I tried to reserve a place for Saturday afternoon or evening, it was booked by leagues. I tried Sunday too, all league play. This too bad because it seems like it could be a nice place for kids to go hang out after school and such. But this really is not that kind of place. I can understand that league play may be required to pay the bills, but you would think that they could leave a few in standby for walk ins.

A bit pricey but a lot of fun. Cost us $45 for 5 bowlers for one game with shoes. But balls and shoes were new, staff was helpful and friendly, and it was all around good fun.

My husband and I went into this location to book a birthday party for our daughter, and we were not ready for what we saw. There were people smoking and drinking. Correct if I'm wrong but wasn't a law passed prohibiting smoking in public resturants. And also for those of you that don't know, theyu charge $13.99 plus tax per child. Not that we mind spend the money on our child, but that's just a little steep don't you think.

When I went there the service was not good. The front counter was very helpful and got us all set up at our lanes. But the snack bar was horrible (sorry Kyle)! We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a pitcher of soda from the waitress. Well we ended up having to go to the snack bar to get a cup of soda because after 30 minutes we still didn't have our Pitcher. Well about 20 minutes AFTER we asked our waitress where it was we finally got our pitcher. Then we had to wait another 15 minutes for our pizza. So needless to say it took about an hour and 5 minutes to get our stuff. Now I know that the pizza takes a while (I worked at a bowling alley) however, I also KNOW it doesn't take that long. And you are supposed to bring them the soda when they first order it. The bathrooms were horrible. The lanes were VERY dry! The shoes were in bad shape. If they could fix their stuff than I think I would be more likely to go back. Until then I will find somewhere else to go!

Came here with co-workers for a team building event. Pretty good lanes, plenty of parking. Not too crowded on a weekday afternoon. The shoes were pretty comfortable and looked new, very nice! The balls were not so good, I couldn't seem to find a good 12 lb ball. Otherwise, we had a good time. Will come back again.

Aug.30th, 2008 @ 5:30 pm I just want to let everybody know that @ this AMF center you can find the best customer service @ all (Thank to a lovely lady name ANDREA) She is very kind, sweet, friendly and one of the kind. She make my little 4 years old girl very welcome & want to come back and see her again. I have been here all the time but never ever see that kind of service. Andrea always walk around to see if customer need anything. BEST BEST

Great bowling alley! There is a small arcade area and also a bar with pool tables and a concession stand. The lanes are nice, automated score keeping. The employees are absolutely great! Friendly and courteous! The bartender will remember your drink and if you are a regular have it ready for you as soon as she see's you walk in. This place certainly makes you feel welcome and at home!

I think my first time at this bowling ally, i got kicked out for threatening a drunk child molester. A good place to hang out and have fun but also with the bar and beer drinking allowed. Watch out because anything can happen.

Drinks are cheap and the karaoke is free. If you bowl - bring your own shoes, renting them is not cheap. Air hockey machine is missing the puck but other than that we had a great time.

This is a fun, clean and well kept bowling center. The staff is attenetive and courtious. Ron from the pro-shop is really helpful and does fantastic work. The food is good and average priced. There is a lot of variety and food is served hot and fresh. There are not many bowling centers that are safe, clean and fun for the family while still being a place a top notch bowler would play on a league. This one is. AMF Sun Villa has many leagues to choose from, including a family league that is the perfect way for all family members to enjoy a sport together no matter what each person's skill level.

I bowled here on a competion and did'nt look at the prices cuz it was already paid for. but they are really pricey. about 5 a game and here in Mt. Airy it's about 2 or 3 a game. o'well the food is great! im still trying to get used to the differance in lane conditions (sorry about spelling)

Their specials are great and their staff is friendly. They seem to be very busy at times, usually during the transition between leagues and their price special timeframes. Another thing is that they don't oil their lanes as much as the other centers and oil patterns break down quickly. I can't really use my high performance equipment here. Food is good, staff is very nice, 4 stars is my vote.

I bowled a 180 and won almost $90 from my friends here 1 night. I thought I was in a Porno, the amount of X's i seen on my scorecard! I bet they never try 2 challenge ME again, lol! They also have good drinks there on Fridays. Like big huge Fish bowl drinks for like $7bucks. We had a blast.

This place charges 99 cents a game right now all week! Friday nights though sundays I believe it goes up to a whopping 1.99! Plus they give you deals all the time, buy 1 get 1 free and many others too! Their lanes are in very good condition as well! Only dislikes I had are I cant stand smoking (hard to get away from at a bowling alley) and their bathroom could be nicer! If you like bowling or just wanna get together withsome friends and not pay 2.50 to 5.00 a game, this is the place!

This spot was a excellent location for a first day. There about 30 lanes available. Concession stands which sold popcorn,pizza and your everyday party snack and more. There are also vending machince with sodas and candy. There is a sport bar, pool tables and a proch on the inside to watch your friends bowl if you are not feeling well. The staff is very freindly. This place is highly recommend for a family night out or even just a place to go with friends. The staff will also acknowlege your accomplishment in a bowling games ie ( socring over 200 will be notice.) I will surely return to work on my game.

They don't understand the concept of customer service. Very disorganized. No regard for your time and they misinform you when using discount pricing. Pay close attention to your billing. FYI they can reverse billing after you have bowled.don't let them fool you.
