Afford-a-Bounce

We used Afford-a-bounce for our daughter's 4th birthday and everything went well! We love the construction theme bounce house, table and chairs, and the bubble machine was a huge hit! I would use again! They have so many options and very friendly with helping set up and book.

We ordered service from Afford-a-Bounce for kids' birthday parties for many times. We just finished another kid's party with a bouncing house again! We were really pleased with the service. Elsa and the crews were very polite and efficient. We definitely recommend this business!

I'm finally giving this business the review it deserves. My school has worked with them for a a few years now and we've never had any issues. I forgot to take a picture but we just wrapped up our two day field day and the kids loved their modular bounce house which is my go to because it is a combo bounce house with a slide and a basketball goal. I loved our delivery man Buddy!

He was so sweet and professional. He was able to set up and take down our bounce house swiftly while meeting our needs. I love that this business is actually affordable and has such a variety of bounce houses for everyone's needs. I also appreciate and love the discounts that are offered such as repeat customer and two day rentals because my school is a title 1 school, so this helps us out so much. Thank you afford a bounce for working with our school this year when our funds were short!

They delivered early and picked up on time! They were definitely affordable almost half the price of others. We had a lock in for church youth and they loved them. Ewing was so nice.

This was our first time using Afford-A-Bounce and I was very impressed. Ricardo Was so professional and kind. He made sure we had all we needed and that we were happy with set up. Explained everything to us. He picked up when he said he would took care of everything quickly. I will definitely use again and hope to see Ricardo again.

Set up was good though 2 hours prior to schedule time. The bounce house was great. When the representative called me we had agreed upon a 530 at the latest pick up as we planned to do fireworks from our yard after the party. When the guy came to set up he said he couldn't pick up at the agreed upon time and instead told me 730pm. 730 came and went so I called the number and he said ok give me 15minutes.

Well then 25 minutes came and went and another call. The guy now says give me 30 minutes.no we cannot give you 30 more minutes! We have a scheduled plan to do fireworks! This is absolutely unacceptable! It took two more calls and 45 minutes until he finally showed up at 840pm! It then took him 20 minutes to get everything packed away. Now we're at 9pm, all my daughters little friends have left because they're 5&6 and it's now way too late for most of them. Absolutely unacceptable!

Had a great experience with all at Afford-a-Bounce from start to finish. We needed to rent a bounce house for a toddler's birthday and it couldn't have gone any better. Great bounce house that the kids loved and working with Ewing was a real pleasure. He set up and put up the house very quickly and was friendly all along the way. Great experience!

First time using Afford-a-Bounce and we were not disappointed at all. Rafael was great. He was very professional. He made our 4 year old very happy when he showed up at the house a little bit earlier than scheduled so she could have more time jumping. We will definitely be using them again for future rentals.

Buddy and his helper were great! Set up the bounce house in about 30 minutes and made sure it was ready to go before they left. Very professional and courteous.

We have rented from Afford-a-bounce for several parties before & will continue to choose such an awesome company for all future parties! Rafael was extremely helpful with delivery & return. He was very flexible and courteously allowed us to have the bounce house a bit longer than our rental slot in order to more efficiently deliver to other parties in the area. No complaints here since our kids loved the extra time and fun they were able to have after the party! Always great service with this company :

Wonderful experience! Love how I was able to book on their website and get a confirmation call days before my party. Delivery guys were courteous and the water slide looked new. Kids had a blast! Will definitely be back!

Arthur was great and even when I friends child left his phone in the bounce house he reinfalted the house to get his phone! We will use again next year!

The man that came to set up the bounce house was super nice. He asked me exactly where I wanted it and even offered to set up the tables I ordered. 30 minutes before pickup I asked him if they could just pick the stuff up the next morning. Since my party ended up lasting longer than I thought. He called his supervisor (mind you this was at 9pm) and called me back to tell me I could keep it until the next morning for just a little more money.

Only about $25. I thought it was worth it. I'll use them again for the party. Also, I want to add that the booking process was simple and the customer service rep that called me to confirm was very helpful with my questions.

Yay this place was great from start to finish. I will be using them again the next time we get a bounce house. I found them online and decided to choose them because they had so many different choices of bounce houses and they had such affordable and reasonable prices. This was the cheapest place I found that would come to my area. I bought everything online.

I checked the one I wanted that was available and I also rented a set of tables and chairs (the table and chairs are so cute, they are kid size). We got the bounce house that was partly a dry bounce area and then had a big slide that went into a little kiddy pool. There was also a basketball goal inside the bounce area. The bounce house was very big and fit lots of kids.

The kids really enjoyed it and had so much fun. The people dropped off the bounce hours before the party so it was great timing. They also came and picked it up at a reasonable time. I love this company and definitely recommend to use them and go check out their website.

They did exactly as advertised without issues. I was outside of the delivery area so they assisted loading it into my van and even loaned me a dolly so I didn't kill myself unloading it. The instructions were clear and no equipment issues although since I was so far away they gave me a spare fan just in case.

The owner does not care about giving good customer service, even if you are a repeat/loyal customer. I called to express my dissatisfaction with a horrible bounce house they left us. They put it right next to our cement retaining wall - this was very dangerous. It wouldn't bounce nor stay blown up. It was almost tipping over when the kids went to the top of the slide.

It was a limp, lifeless 5 in 1 combo. My kids were so disappointed! Money wasted. I will never rent from them again. They are not interested in making it right, they blamed it on MY ELECTRICITY AND/OR OUTLET! Although it's the same outlet we've used in the past for several jump houses that have been a success!

I rented the Victory bounce house and it had a hole in it AND it rained all day. They told me when I rented it that the only way I would get my money refunded was if it rained. Well it rained the entire day and when I called to complain about the hole they say there was nothing they could do. The guy was completely rude and would not refund my money.

So down the hole went $400 on a p.o.s. bounce house that we wouldn't have even been able to use if it wasn't raining cause it couldn't stay up. There was rips all over there thing and the pictures online look way better than it does in person. This is the second time i have known someone to use this company and the quality of the bounce houses have been terrible and they wont do anything about it. I talked to 4 or 5 different people and there were all extremely rude INCLUDING THE MANAGER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I rented my daughter a bounce house for her birthday it was awesome! These guys are great. The price was amazing! We did save money by going to pick up the bounce house and setting up ourselves, but totaly worth the drive and muscle. I recommend the Sponge Bob wet/dry combo especially for kids under 10.but believe me i think the parents had more fun than the kids.

Also they have a location in DeSoto! Took us 15 min. to get there, we paid $150 and we picked up the 400lb bounce house at 8:30am they allow you to keep it till 9am the next morning. If you decide to do the set up of the bounce house by yourself i recommend you have at least six strong men to help! We managed with 4 but would have been easier with 6.
