Rented a 20/30 tent 60 chairs 9 tables and a 20x30 floor for my yard for a very important party to our family not only did her workers show up the night before the party at 8:30 pm in the dark to put up a 20x30 tent then tell me they don't have the floor to lay down the owner told us everything was coming that day One worker called her and she didn't care the floor was not on the truck and hung up on us the workers were very understanding that they would come in the morning with the floor and they did the floor set my party back 2 1/2 hours still had to decorate and set up. Went the next day to ask for a refund of some sort she didn't care about anything not professional as a businesswoman I was upset about how she handled the matter with no care once she got my money she didn't care about the paying customer which I paid $1600 she is a nasty business person very rude don't care. I would never Recommend her business to anybody stay away.

I've had a great experience with ACME Party Rentals. Bonnie was quite helpful guiding me through the process of selecting the table and chair options that would meet my party vibe (and budget needs.) This was the first time I have ever rented for an occasion at my home, i had a ton of questions and Bonnie was patient and honest when answering them.

The items were delivered early, were clean and in great condition. The delivery team was also quite friendly and worked quickly. The entire process was smooth, which is very much appreciated as party planning can be quite stressful! I would work with ACME party rental again in the future without any hesitation.

We had a party and it was cool that this place had all the rental items we needed, One stop shopping. The items were clean and competitively priced, staff was helpful when I picked up my items from their large warehouse. Definitely would rent again here.

I can't say enough amazing things about Acme Party Rentals. Bonnie was great. I called constantly for a month to add additions to our rental and Bonnie was extremely accommodating. She is knowledgeable and gave us suggestions to make our party better. I felt confident in her advice and everything was perfect. The gentleman who did the delivery and install were great.

They were friendly and worked so quickly. They were an absolute pleasure. Bonnie and team thank you so much for the wonderful service. You are top notch. You will be our go to for all of our events. Acme is stellar!

I had them bring a tent today for my sons birthday on one side of the yard it took me two days to set up a little jungle gym section with Matt's and ball pits and tents and tunnels for my son to have fun on his birthday. THEY completely wrecked my set up kicked my ball put I have balls all over my yard they pinned my able between the fence and the tent so on my own I have to wedge it out of that spot.

They also did not put the tent where I asked said because of a little tree I had that would fit perfectly under the tent. They didn't put tables out or anything I order tents a few times a year I have never received treatment or service like this ever.

We had a party for my 18 year old daughter for her graduation. I engaged a horrible company named Acme Tent Rentals in Aberdeen. Please NEVER use them. They don't communicate well at all. When the tent I ordered was too big, (they never explained what was needed) they doubled the price with out telling me. The woman who answers the phone is rude. Thumbs down. They are terrible!

If you are reading reviews, PLEASE PLEASE IGNORE all the horrible reviews. Bonnie has been nothing but truly helpful and wonderful. Our daughter had to change her wedding last minute with only 6 weeks of preparation. I called Bonnie at Acme Rentals and she was accommodating in every way. The tables and chairs were delivered 5 hours ahead of the scheduled contract which we were very thankful for. Bonnie - we will absolutely be renting from you in the future. May God continue to bless your business ABUNDANTLY.

Bonnie the manager was AMAZING! Helped us put our brand new bikes on the car. Helped us tone it how we wanted it. Truly amazing service. Would recommend for sure!

I'm mad I even have to give this place one star. It deserves ZERO. The owner is not only very unorganized, but she is rude and does not provide a safe work environment for her employees. She tried to pay me 4 dollars less an hour without telling me thinking I would not notice. Charges a ridiculous amount of money for old beat up equipment, and does NOT pay her employees a fair amount.

In fact, she made me take her personal vehicle to a Honda dealership to get work done on it. She sends employees out until midnight and tells them it's logistics and they don't understand how businesses are run.

I have used this company for years! Wonderful experience every time! The people in the office are always super friendly to me. I love going in and talking with them! The people in back that help load up my car are also very nice! I recommend this company to anyone who asks me where to rent party rentals!
