Absolute Fun Moonwalks

We are a middle school holding our first carnival in three years because of COVID. When I contacted Austin Moonwalks, I was trying to stay within our budget. Imagine my surprise when they called me back to tell me that I had a credit of $1400 on their books because of our cancelled 2020 carnival. I couldn't believe that they were telling me I had free money there! Needless to say, we have booked them for our event - with a dunk tank and slides and the Meltdown which is always a HUGE hit. Big shout out to a small business going the extra mile and doing the right thing and helping our school have successful event! Thank you Austin Moonwalks!

We rented a bouncy house and slide from here and they were great. Will use again!

FUN birthday party for my son and his friends. We had a movie night and Austin Moonwalks had a whole movie package with a screen, projector and speakers. Made it feel like we were in a drive in. Great evening under the starts.

THANK YOU SO MUCH Austin Moonwalks. You guys rock! We had a huge party and they provided tents and tables and chairs and a small obstacle course for my daughter and a big water slide for my son and his friends. Best party in a long time. The tent came in handy with the crazy Texas weather lately. Kids loved playing in the rain. Heather was very helpful and put my mind at ease. The delivery people were ahead of schedule which I appreciated. I will not be calling anyone else for future parties. They have it all.

We had an amazing experience with Austin Moonwalks. Heather was great at explaining how all the equipment works and what would be best for my family. My daughter is a little timid so she helped me pick the perfect inflatable for her 4th birthday. The delivery people we respectful and friendly. They made this party amazing. We have been renting from Austin Moonwalks for years! We come back year after year because of the exceptional service. You know, every step of the way, what to expect. We are customers for life!

Spoke with a representative "Heather" after booking my Daughters Birthday party, Inquired about delivery guarantees and price matching. After my inquiries she became combative and so we canceled. This is by far the most bizarre customer service support call in asking to retain serves. Plenty of other friendly competitors out there. More concerning is this is a kids based business that comes to your house and my expectation is a friendly comfortable support service.

Austin Moonwalks customer service is wonderful! I booked with another bounce house rental company, and they flaked on me the day of my event in the most unprofessional way. I called Austin Moonwalks in a minor panic, and they came through in a big way! They went out of their way to deliver the perfect bounce house within hours and quite literally saved my kid's party. They have earned a customer for life. Thank you!

Fabulous experience! The slide was great and everybody we dealt with was professional and very helpful. After switching time frames 3 TIMES, the owner personally came out to set up our water slide knowing how important it was for the kids that day. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be using Austin Moonwalks in the future. The kids had a blast and their welcome home from camp was a memorable one! Thanks, AM!

We called Austin Moonwalks just after 3 on Saturday "just making sure we're a go?" "We don't have a reservation for you today." And, sure enough after a couple of scheduling changes we did not change the reservation. 3:15 pm. They call back. We can have a driver going to the warehouse right now. 4:30pm. Driver shows up in POURING rain. Driver is fed and engaged in conversation. 5pm the the rain had let up so he could set up the slide and be at least in the neighborhood of their "we don't set up in a monsoon"policy. 5:30 The slide is deployed, kids are hollering and splashing. 5:35 The driver's truck is stuck and has to pulled out of the field onto the driveway by my stepbrother and I. 5:45 the driver departs, late, wet, and muddy. Y'all this company (and my wife's determination) saved the party. I highly recommend (both of) them.

We are renting our 3rd moonwalk with these guys and they rule! They are on time, they are super fast, the moonwalks are clean and in good shape, and they are easy to communicate with. They make it completely painless and fun!

The reviews are true, these guys are awesome! They totally made my daughter's birthday party a hit! We had other activites planned indoors, but the bouncehouse was by far a favorite! Austin Moonwalks was pleasant to talk to over the phone, they showed up a little early for set up and they picked up at a time that was convenient for both of us. Easy process. I highly recommend them for your party needs!

I have used Austin Moonwalks several times for my kids parties over the years, they are always on time, set up is fast, transaction is quick and easy as is the pick up, tear down etc. Items are always clean and in good condition and working order, the staff are friendly and easy to work with! I have never had any issues at all with this company, the only time I review a place is if they are exceptional or awful.this place got my 5 stars because they earned it!

I always read reviews and compare prices, Austin Moonwalks has competitive pricing and are trustworthy. Highly recommend using them for your next party, watch out for copy cat companies using very similar names!

Wow - these guys saved the day when another local company didn't show up and didn't return calls after we had paid in full for an inflatable for my daughters bday! They went out of their way to accommodate us after they had already made their other deliveries for the day. Highly recommend these guys -don't take chances with another company - these guys are highly professional and prompt with communication.

I am a teacher and each year our school works with Austin moonwalk to provide inflatables for carnival. They are incredibly competitive with their prices. Yesterday Austin moonwalks came out to set up for our Fourth Annual Dragon Carnival, and it was wonderful. They set up all the inflatables in quickly and stayed throughout the day to ensure that things work smoothly.

We have used them for the past four years and will continue to use them for years to come. Their level of customer service is second to none. Use Austin Moonwalks, you won't be sorry that you did!

We have used Austin Moonwalks for several years now for our company Christmas party. They are always on time and professional, and the equipment is in good shape. We had a narrow window for pick-up and delivery this year, due to the hours we had the venue, and they were there right when they said they would be for both delivery and pick-up.

I was impressed with their professionalism compared to previous companies I've used for bouncy castles. I especially liked the email several days in advance with the additional information as well as the info sheets provided with delivery, in particular a contact number if I needed last minute help. I doubt I'll ever need it, but it's great to know that's available if a problem occurred.

The bouncy castle was delivered well in advance of the party and picked up that evening. They took a credit card for the deposit and then check or cash for the remaining balance at delivery.

Best All Day price and NO DELIVERY Charge to my area. Most of the their competition had a $40 charge. Good product, timely delivery and setup. Pickup was a snap too. Recommended. : It kept 4 million children of all ages busy for hours while I drank many margaritas
