I worked with Amanda on my (very nontraditional) warehouse wedding and it turned out even more amazing than I could have imagined. Amanda spent a lot of time up front brainstorming with me and helping me refine my vision for the day. The vendors she recommended were excellent. She was very mindful of our budget, offering creative suggestions on how to save on elements that were less important to us so we could splurge on the things we cared about.

She stayed on top of contract negotiations, walk-through scheduling, etc. throughout our long planning process. She was super responsive and fun to work with -- I looked forward to our planning calls. There were so many different elements (visuals, lighting, music changes, furniture rearrangements, swag, etc.) to manage the day of, and Amanda executed flawlessly. Months later people are still raving about the event.

It was really a dream come true for us and it wouldn't have been possible without Amanda. I highly recommend Amanda/ABCey to anyone looking to host a one-of-a-kind event!

I had the opportunity to work with Amanda and ABCey Events when planning my non-profit's first-ever fundraiser and 10-year anniversary celebration. Amanda was the perfect partner - creative, professional, invested, and willing to roll with the punches. Amanda got our brand and the vibe we were looking for and worked with us to execute on it affordably.

She pushed us not to cut corners on creativity, resulting in an event that was on-brand (and fun) at every turn. She worked with us through the ups and downs of putting on a first big event and really went the extra mile to ensure it was a success. I would recommend ABCey Events to anyone!

I had the pleasure to work with Amanda on a small-budget 50th Anniversary event with my organization. As stewards of precious public health dollars, it was important to my team that we create an event that recognized our amazing people and do it in a cost-conscious way. Amanda was a pro at helping us design an event that had the look and feel we were after.

She was incredibly easy to work with and very responsive to our ever changing needs. She stuck with us through the very end making sure the space was cleaned up and event rental companies had picked up their equipment. The caterers and other event resources she chose were spot on. Highly recommend working with ABCey.

Just had to pleasure of working with Amanda and her team on an event and wanted to share my enthusiasm. ABCey Events unique vision and creativity had it's stamp all over this fun corporate event for a well known company. Amanda was quick to communicate, ready to pivot as necessary and delightful to work with on the creative aspects of this event. Amanda and the ABCey team spent the time and energy necessary to ensure our event was a success. Under a relatively quick time table, they reacted swiftly but didn't rush and made sure everything completed on schedule. The end result was a beautifully crafted event that left an impact on all who attended. Andie Bradford Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Major - Event Management concentration Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo I feel extremely fortunate to have received this event assistant internship for ABCey Events. In the course of 10 weeks, I gained valuable experience in orchestrating social media, generating blogs, searching for venue options, and assisting in proposal assembly.

The internship has helped me improve my writing and phone skills, introduced me to the lingo of the event and marketing industries, and made me more familiar with key venues in the Bay Area. Every day on the job, I was presented new responsibilities and challenges that made my position feel significant and helped to boost my confidence. Amanda is a pleasure to work with and she clearly enjoys her work. Her dedication to her business is inspiring and I appreciate her teaching me the ropes of event marketing. My startup company conducted a multi-day series of meetings for our partners inbound from Haiti, Chile, Denmark, China and the East Coast. To reward their hand work, we turned to Amanda at ABCey to organize and host a cocktail party replete with local wines and fabulous appetizers. Amanda personally oversaw the event which was a huge success. I will not think of anyone else the next time we need help organizing an event and you shouldn't either!

I worked with ABCey for my company's holiday party this past December. It was the first time that I used an outside event planner for this type of event. I spoke with several event planners and Amanda quickly stood out. She was responsive, flexible, had good prices, and aimed to please. I decided to hire them and it was the right decision! Amanda and her crew are amazing.

I have very high expectations, and they exceeded each and every one. I had a specific theme that I wanted to do and they helped us execute it flawlessly. They helped with everything - picking the venue, selecting colors and decor, customizing the menu and drinks, and helped work with our tight budget given the down economy. My coworkers raved about the sumptuous food and how beautifully everything was presented.

What they didn't know was the extra mile that Amanda and her staff had gone to in order to provide us with the extras we needed for the event and all the last minute changes that occurred. ABCey Events is a company you want to use. Just say what you want, and trust them to make it happen. I plan on using them again!

We hired Amanda for an annual summer event that also served as a fundraiser for couple of schools in Haiti. She only had about a week to plan an event for about 140 people.she did a great job. We were very happy with her attention to detail. Her integrity is impeccable and willingness to go the extra mile to make her client satisfied is truly refreshing.
