We needed a dance floor for our Anniversary party. Other local rental companies referred us to Abbey Party Rents because the other companies couldn't meet our needs. Kelley was amazing and great to work with at Abbey's. We didn't end up needing the dance floor. But I am positive everything would have been taken care of without any problem. We will definitely use Abbey Party Rents for our future needs.

We rented 2 tents with sides, lights etc. for a large outdoor wedding. Enrique and Kelley were wonderful to work with from the planning stages through set up. When we had high wind issues the morning of the event and several of the poles on the tents had shifted, they were prompt in getting it addressed. We had some trouble with the cords for the lights and they swapped those out. Having issues is inevitable and having a company who will promptly address and resolve them is vitally important. That is why we will use and recommend Abbey Party Rents again.

The tables haven't been delivered yet because my party hasn't started. Fast response from customer service which is great. My only gripe is I reserved and set a budget for my party and now I have to pay a $95 delivery fee on top of the rental fees. A bit disappointing and wanted to make sure you all knew that not sure how often this happens with customer service. I'm local and decided to go with a local rental because of delivery fees. And yet I still paid for it. Just a FYSA.

I work here at Abby Party Rentals, I know it's strange but I thought I want to express what I think. Great place very productive and this place has great staff and excellent service to people who need it. They are very welcoming to me and will do anything they can to make people happy for what they need. I appreciate this place, and enjoy working here and helping what I can do.

Jovita at the Temecula office is the BEST! - Seriously! This is my second rental of a large shade tarp from the Temecula store. The first time was seamless and perfect. This time I decided I needed heaters. When I called last week to add heaters to my order, they only had $177.00 heaters available. Jovita, the most upbeat, cordial person I have run across in a long time, set aside 2 but gave me until today to call back and pay for them if I could not find any others. - So nice! Well.
I couldn't find a better deal. When I called back, Jovita had found me 2 heaters to rent for only $75.00 each. She researched and looked around to got me big savings. So surprising! Going above and beyond and really caring about the customer is what wins lifelong clients. I'm one now. Thanks Jovita :

Abbey Party rentals was very professional from the front office staff to the back office loader that wouldn't let me help load the tables and chairs into my truck. My only gripe was the condition of the tables and chairs. They were a little beat up and dirty appearing. Needed a quick wipe down before Thanksgiving.

Every aspect of the experience of working with Abbey Party Rentals was exceptional. Kelly provided insightful guidance on what I needed to make my Open House Fundraiser successful. They provided an onsite consult so that I could confirm where large tents could be placed and allowed me to make modifications as needed based on ticket sales leading up to the event.
I even had a last minute emergency (I forgot to order glasses for the wine!) and they were able to accommodate me the day before the event. Nothing but professionalism and pleasantry at every turn. I highly recommend them!
