A Better Alternative Bouncy Things

Go bouncy are brilliant. They can cater for your every need and budget. The staff are friendly, caring and professional. Very punctual and can accommodate any set up. Lots of communication so you are safe in the knowledge your event will go without a hitch. Thank you so much for making our football presentation special the kids loved the football frenzy package.

As a teacher at a high school, I organise fundays for students often. On this occasion I had to organise one on short notice, needed a bouncy castle and Go Bouncy delivered and set up really quickly. The staff are just lovely, very easy going, a pleasure doing business with them. Will definately order again!

Shocking service the one star review is only because 0 isn't an option. Booked a bouncy castle for a children's birthday party, website asked for information such as indoor and outdoor venue, what time you would like delivered and collected and if you a flexible. Booked for 1pm for a party starting at 1:30. 2 guys came to deliver the castle we had booked but they were almost an hour late.

No call from the company. Had to call and chase to see what was going on. When they arrived no apology for being late, guy arguing with me about time we had booked even though on our booking reference we had 1pm. The rude delivery guy continued to argue that they were late because we had chosen an indoor venue and where the last drop. Advised wasn't happy paying the 150 for the time we had booked due to the fact that they were late and kids had been sat around waiting for almost an hour.

The guy continued to be rude and became aggressive telling me he doesn't get up at 6am to charge less, not happy with his attitude and the way he was kicking off with myself and partner in front of a room full of kids, I asked for the name of a manger to call but was greeted with the arrogance of the abusive guy telling me that he was the manager and If we don't pay full price he will take the f%#king Castle.

Then to rub salt into the wounds the matts they use for safety advice they are a FAMILY FRIENDLY SERVICE. Swearing in front of kids, being late and blameing the customers choice of venue, also turned up early to take the castle away. Not family friendly, wouldn't speak to an animal the way I was spoken to today.

Booked in advance, even confirmed that everything was all okay with the booking the day before. Then they cancelled within 1 hours noticed on the day of my sons already delayed Christening & 2nd Birthday. Quite Frankly unprofessional, unapologetic, rude the excuse provided was not warranted. Trying to get yourselves ready as well as a 2 year old in time was just made 100x worse by them dropping this bombshell on us last minute - If I could give any advice to anyone avoid using this company as they will let you down on the day I wish I'd have done more research before booking which is my own fault as I can see they have done this previously.

I try to always support local business but the way we was treated by this company is just unforgiving no care was given at all! Addition -(25/04/22) I have just received a response (As seen below) in regards to my review where they are trying to state the reason why they cancelled was due to weather conditions which was not the case it was infact a beautiful day & weather was never a concern nor even used as a reason as to why they cancelled with 1 hour to go.

I am all for safety and would 100% understand the reason for cancellation should that have been the case however it wasn't therefore proving again unreliability of service and the fact it has taken pretty much 3 months for any further contact from you since said event is again showing a disappointing service. As I previously mentioned am all for supporting local businesses but I am not going to stand by and watch other peoples specials events get ruined as they did mine - and I can still see in newer reviews that I am not alone in this.

Highly recommend these guys! Really friendly and polite and reliable. I've used their services a few times now and never been disappointed. Made my daughters birthday honestly the kids had the best time thank you so much x

Used for a wedding, it was wet and rainy day, but just made the slide more fun for the kids :-D the staff where on time, fast and polite. Missing one item from order but refunded no problem. They where FAB every step of the way. defo use again

We have hired an adult- sized bouncy castle two years running from Go Bouncy for a family birthday. The service has been spot- on both times. They checked our booking was still required and confirmed a time for delivery and set up. I was happy with instructions and advice given for the use of the bouncy castle. The bouncy castle itself was great - full sized, no issues with it, and kept running all day without any issues. The staff rang to confirm when it was being collected, and showed very good customer service. No doubt we will be back again next year!

Booked many times and have always received great service. The bouncy castles and slides we've hired have always been exactly as described. Would happily recommend them for children's and grown up parties. Thanks Michelle and the rest of your team.

Excellent service from start to finish. The back alley to where we live is unbelievably narrow and although they advised they need access to the back yard to the alleyway, they still offered to bring the bouncy castle through the front door to ensure we got the service we paid for. They were professional throughout their time and my five year old loved the bouncy castle so much, he was really sad that the day was over. Have recommended the service to so many friends over the last few days and will continue to do so. Thank you!
