Everything about our rental today was working against us. The initial rental went well, they helped load the tool and we happily drive home. Set everything up and realize the pump did not work. We call and they send someone out with pump. Great! Grab our pavers and realize that the blade is dull. At this point it is 100+ and the maintenance on this rental is just sad.

What we should have done is just dropped it off; however, they send someone out with a new blade. Now 1:30p, half the day wasted. We have it on with the new blade, but it's just too late and too hot and the saw is just not gonna cut it. We load it up and take it back and they insist on charging us a little under half of the daily rental. Which is completely unfortunate because up to this point their customer service was good, their maintenance of the tools were crap, but we were walking off appreciating the customer service and based on that planning on coming back.

Let me say that we both took the day off work so 16 hours of pay, we drove to Auburn to pick up the tool and then to drop it off and then they still charged us for a tool that was not taken care of and should not be rented until all of those items were checked.

Rented a attachment for my bobcat Took a long time to get it loaded onto a trailer I had to call the manager for the time they took to load was cutting into the time they gave me for the rental they have a Lotta new workers don't know what's going on

Would not recommend, very rude staff, 3 different people (including the manager) quoted me different prices. I paid $1,100, the bases to the umbrellas were extremely rusted to the point that I ended up not even use them because they looked so gross. I'm very disappointed that they rent items to a customer in that condition. I was looking for market umbrellas for my husbands Celebration of Life.

I called for a quote for 28 Market Umbrellas with bases on a Friday- I was told $26 per tent and $12.50 per base. I then saw on their website it was actually $6 per base. I called back Saturday and spoke to a different person who quoted me $26 per umbrella and $6 per base. He said since they're not able to pick up the items for return until Tuesday, they would waive the delivery fee.

I reserved the umbrellas and was initially thankful that they were able to provide umbrellas same day. I had a friend pick them up. They did not have the items ready for pick up, instead they waited to pull the items until after my friend arrived so he had to wait. He then loaded all 28 umbrellas and bases into the car himself. The staff were rude to him.

When I spoke to the manager over the phone to give card payment, she added a delivery fee- when I explained to her I was quoted with no delivery she was rude and sounded annoyed. Instead of apologizing for her employee misquoting me, she turned the blame on me saying how they're doing me a favor squeezing me in since they already have lots of rentals and don't typically take rental requests less than 72hrs in advance. I will never use them again.

I had a 1 in and 7/8 ball and they said I needed to use a 2-inch ball to rent one of their trailers does this look safe to you guys. The guy that attached my trailer was fat and short white with a beard he ran my brake wires underneath the trailer tongue to help them get cut off it was kind of funny they were all waiting at the corner to see if my brake lights weren't going to work when I pulled out of the place but I fixed their vandalism before I pulled out sorry guys for ruining your fun When I returned the trailer I asked if I could return the ball and The Tall white Man with the beard said the Integrity is lost, we can't return it.

I said okay A little sarcastically when I went to pay the bill I come home and find scratches on my hood of my pickup truck it's not a work truck so for a $60 trailer I got a $800 a vandalism to my truck

Very poor service. Rent their commercial tile stripper, which says "turbo Stripper", paid $311 with tax, blade, some CA fee to recycle the blade, damage waiver. Once I came to work, which is an hour away from them, and started to work. First hour it was working fine and than wheels stopped spinning or pulling the machine to stripped tile. Once I bring it back to them and told them the issues, guy in front just said " our mechanic will look at it later today to see if there any issues".

I very doubt they'll do, most likely will put it back to show room and rent to another guy who might need it. So mad as I planned to stripped whole house and just did 1.5 room from it and paid $311 Be careful, always check your rental equipment before taking out, dont think they'll refunded

This Sacramento location is so unprofessional and rude. They are suppose to load and unload items for you and they try and make us do it. The "manager" yelled at me on the phone and told me that I didn't know how to listen. I only use the Citrus Heights location now. They seem mor professional.

Bad service. don't care about servicing you. Cussing every second and spitting everywhere would not do business sketchy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Came in to rent mini ex and the had it ready to go within five minutes. When I returned they were there as soon as I off loaded, he got my paperwork and I checked out just as fast. Amazing team!

We return some rental chairs for my sister's wedding we were there all of 10 minutes to return them although they had lost the paperwork and had no information on our rental but they handle this with no problem

Terrible customer service! Don't think you will get what you made a reservation for. They DO NOT KNOW what RESERVATION MEANS! It's a family run business, and they are all dysfunctional! RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! They should lose everything they worked for and become humbled! They could use some humility.

These guys are fantastic. Very flexible/understanding and willing to go the extra mile.

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever experienced. I called to speak to the manager about an issue with pick up and was screamed and yelled at. He used the phrase, "I don't know what's so hard for you to understand" and "Of course I am going to protect my employees". All of this was over some missing bolts for our scaffolding. I was told that they load and unload all equipment and we sent a pregnant women to return the items weighing several hundred pounds and 3 men told her she had to unload, and sat and watched her unload. Super rude and VERY unprofessional. I have never been treated like this by a reputable office.

Rented stump grinder to grind one average size stump and they said stump grinding missing 5 teeth and charge me additional $80-90. Won't be returning to this scam

I bought a small Honda 2200i generator from them. They are wonderfully friendly both at the front desk and in the machine shop. I asked them to run the generator to break it in which they did. Everything was ready when promised, and they were friendly and patient with all my questions. Terrific service! I'm not sure if they are a family owned business, but the 5 star treatment I got sure felt like I was part of their family and the service was beyond 1st rate. I don't think you could go wrong here.

Rented a concrete grinder and vacuum equipment did not work properly returned it for alternate equipment which also did not work properly returned again and still got charged for rental minus a 40% discount. Went to another equipment rental company and got working equipment. So I guess I paid Aba Daba for testing their equipment and transportation. If you want the job done in a timely manner don't rent here.

I rented tables, chairs, Linens, beverage servers, food Schaeffers for my baby shower. I Loved it! Looked amazing, great customer service! Reliable and professional service! Quality rentals. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to throw any type of event!

Rented a breaker hammer and a concrete mixer. The hammer worked great. The 9ft^3 concrete mixer had a small hole in it, although it didn't cause too much of problem. When I went to pick up the equipment I was given a specific timetable for when to return things to receive refunds. We finished our project early but I kept cleaning up because I had a buffer until I needed to return the items.

When I returned them I did not receive the refund as it was 2 hours later then the actual times I should have gotten them in. I could have easily returned them 2 hours before but because I was told a time I didn't rush. All in all I was overcharged ~$300 for 6 hours of a hammer and mixer.

They had me on a waiting list to rent a dingo stand on skid steer for over a week and a half and told me it would be avaIlable this past Wednesday. I called them today (Friday) and was told they rented it out to someone else this morning when I've been on the waiting list for almost 2 weeks. The store in Citrus Heights will transfer you to the Sacramento store then they transfer you back to the Citrus Heights store because they don't know what the other store is doing at all. Extremely unprofessional. I will be using someone else. Stay away from this place. Nothing but headaches for me.

Rented a jumping jack compactor. Took them 20 min. in the yard to try and start 3 different units in the morning. Got it to job and would run and a shut off, over and over again. Took back and had broken fuel line. This place rents junk. Go to Home Depot. They check their equipment to work properly. Waste of manpower at Aba Daba.

Just read all review. Before you go there' Worse rental experienced ' Rented broken tools. But they refund me half of my Payment. Floor grinder dont plug in your house. My breaker was tripped twice. Dont waste your money. Dont go there' Vacuum and floor grinder so expensive. They charge me total $312

As an event coordinator, it is important to me that my vendors are reliable, professional and have great pricing. I have worked with Aba Daba for many years and have always been pleased.

First of all I like their company name and then I like everything else about them. We were celebrating our nieces birthday party and needed some extra chairs, tables and heater. Their rates are very reasonable, their customer service is top quality. From start to finish there is someone with you guiding you, helping you make decisions based upon your needs.

Their drop-off process is also easy and fast. Tell them who you are and they print you a receipt and that's it. Their awesome crew helped both during loading and unloading rentals which is why they are getting a full 5 star stamp. If you ever need party rental stuff, please do consider Aba Daba.

I had a great experience renting from here. Ashley was very helpful and knowledgeable and took all the stress away from planning my event, I'll definitely be renting here from now on

I very disappointed in the customer service the sales person Ashley was Rude and it was uncalled for, I had previously made a reservation (like 30 mins ago, stock should have been checked) credit card was charged confirmation received for the patio heaters was I to know my interaction was with a new sales person Emily and I should have known that?

I had scheduled pick up and then was told oh those shouldn't have been rented we will refund your money ( she raised her voice I'm refunding your money what more do you want ) This has giving Ashley the name Ms Rudeness umm but I need the patio heaters it's 2 hours before closing and I needed those after several calls Ms Rudeness it was the tone, I had to calm myself down finally I asked for a Manager I spoke with Kerri who found some patio heaters for pick up. Grateful for that! But unfortunately I Can Not be a repeat customer A Word to Sales Associates You Attitude and Tone is Everything Do Better ok do better

Called in and got a quote for a sewer camera. They quoted $114 with the protection plan, which I agreed to and came to pick up the equipment. When I got there they said the locator was an additional charge. ok, fair enough, I agreed. Checked out and was invoiced for $122 and change. Came back the next day to drop off the camera, and the RUDE manager was behind the counter. Made me handle the equipment as she wouldn't touch it and tried to pull a slick move. handed me an invoice for $280 and tried to dismiss me.

When I brought to her attention that this wasn't what we were contracted for she said there was nothing she could do "because her people screwed up and checked me out a sewer snake, not a camera. I am adding wear and tear into her camera so she will charge me $280." After much rude badgering she dropped 20% which is still no where near the agreed price.

This retroactive change was no fault of mine and all the fault of the business. This practical is unethical and illegal. Sunbelt and united are better rentals with polite service, take your business there. Even if you are in a pinch like I was, STAY AWAY and don't pre-pay if you want to be treated fairly. As I left the manager was very condescending so like she said to me very negatively "GOD Bless"

Went to Aba Daba to rent a snake. Got home, unloaded only to discover a bolt that connects the cutter to the snake was missing. Called Aba Daba to ask if another bolt would work, and ended up on hold for a long time. Finally, the clerk at Aba Daba said they were going to send someone out with a bolt. We decided to just return the equipment and called before we left, but no one answered the phone.

The tech came out with the bolt but it was too late, we already returned the equipment. The clerk became angry with us saying we wasted their time. I wonder how they came up with that conclusion. It seems it was more of a waste of our time, (the customer) by renting us equipment with missing parts and not answering the phone.

If you are looking to rent equipment do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere else. Their rates are reasonable. More importantly their staff are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. When you hit a jam they are quick to offer workarounds or suggestions to help you get back on track. In those cases where you just can't achieve your goal they will work with you on adjusting the rates.

Absolutely NO need to rant and rave; they understand and work hard with a focus on the customer and the customer's satisfaction. Great place and super staff. Thank you Aba Daba Rents. Harry Campbell

We used their service a multiple times, everything was fine, but now the machines are broken, missing parts, broken parts. No any inspection before and after receiving machines. Just plugging in and if motor is working that means is good. You guys may lose customers if you will continue like that.

The delivery guys where super nice! However we got a tent that ended up being filthy! No big deal called and they said we could switch it since my even was the next morning. So I sent someone over to grab it and they where closed. Thankfully the person I sent to grab the tent spotted the people closing up and they switched out tent out. The table cloths I called and told them I needed where wrong(I called and told them measurements Of the tables at my house) and so we had to pin a few. Overall not entirely thrilled.

Don't bother to advance reserve any equipment from the Citrus Heights one, they just rent it out to someone else anyway and make you drive clear out to the Sacramento one in rush hour traffic and don't even comp you for their screw up. Everyone there has a different policy when you call as well. They are a complete joke. Won't be using them again. Greenback Rents is FAR superior to this joke of a rental place.

Rented an outdoor heater. They had forgotten to give us the top umbrella attachment. Employees ended up giving us a refund and only charged us for the propane. Honest and fair

Went to rent a piece of machinery for cutting concrete. Upon arriving at the job site with the saw it was incomplete outdated rusted and broke down. When I brought it back they insisted I had to pay for at least 4 hour rental never even took it out of there broke trailer worst experience I've ever had do yourself a favor avoid this place at all cost.

These guys are friendly and very helpful. I have rented trailers to haul garbage to the dump several times. Even when I was a little late returning a trailer they did not charge me as they should have. Good people.

Great Party Rentals! Staff was friendly and helpful they have a great selection of items to choose from. My items were ready for me and overall a very smooth transaction. The reservation process was easy as the rental items are on the website. I will definitely be back for my next Event in Sacramento!
